What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is defined as the quality or state of being conscious or aware of something. A mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, and body sensations, used as a therapeutic technique.
How do I view the videos?
Once you purchase the video series you will receive an email with a link to the video series. Once you arrive at that platform you will be able to click on each individual video. We recommend viewing all videos in the correct succession, as each video builds on the skills and practices taught in the video prior. Also included on the platform are the results of the rice experiment indicated in video 6.
How do I receive my copy of the eBook?
After your purchase you will receive a link to download the pdf file for the eBook. Follow the link provided in the email and click to download the file. You will need Adobe to view the pdf file.
What if I’m unable to view the videos or download the pdf file?
If you are having trouble viewing or downloading the eBook, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We usually respond within 24 hours.
Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of online sales, pdf downloads and video viewing we can not offer refunds after purchases are confirmed.
What if I have questions about techniques taught in the videos or in the eBook?
We’ve set up a closed Facebook support group for this very need. You may request to join this support group, ask questions and provide support to other individuals. Of course, as we are a peaceful and non-judgmental organization we ask that you do not post negative comments or judgements that could affect other people negatively.
